Beautiful with time

Ecclesiastes 3:11 states:

He hath made every thing beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.
This is quite powerful as it states that God makes everything beautiful in his own time. Not our time, his timeMany times we want things to happen by our own time, according to our own conditions , when in fact, we don’t see what God sees. We don’t see how delayed gratification (when a reward is delayed for greater outcome) can actually benefit us than hinder us. All we need is patience and focus on God.

I for one can say that I am impatient. I find it hard to wait for somethings and my excitement takes over and I forget the reason why I should wait. Instead of remembering what God states , I end up hindering my own outcome because of my impatience. I think most of us have been through that as well. If we had just waited. If we had just focused on God, we wouldn’t have sabotaged something that was meant for us. And yes, we are human and some of us follow what we can see then and there. But, why not trust the person that knows our end and our beginning?

Beauty in itself, takes time. It takes sacrifice.

TD Jakes stated that: value is determined by sacrifice.

If we are not giving up something that we love – this can be time, efforts, resources, our flesh, for something else then we do not value it. It is simple as that.

True beauty can be seen deep within the soul. It isn’t just based on the aesthetics, but based on the value that person has. So when God makes things beautiful, do not expect it to be easy. Don’t expect it to be a walk in the park because something is going to be tested in order for you to obtain that goal. And in that, you will understand if you truly want/need it.

So my dear, if you are going through tribulation , rejoice in the process because God is making everything beautiful in his time.

God bless you
